At our store Kichōna, we take pride in offering carefully crafted and high-quality fragrances. As a fragrance store, product integrity and hygiene are our top priorities. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which returns can be accepted.
1. Eligibility for Return
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns based on:
Personal dislike of scent after purchase
Change of mind
Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:
The item received is not what was ordered (e.g., wrong fragrance or size)
The item arrived damaged or leaking due to shipping.
2. Timeframe to Report an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 15 days of receiving the order, along with:
A clear photo/video showing the issue
The order number and customer name
Reports made after this timeframe will unfortunately not be considered.
3. Process for Return
If your claim is approved after review:
We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
In case of replacement, shipping costs will be covered by us only if the fault is on our end.
A full refund will be provided, if the issue is on our side.
4. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that:
Does not meet the criteria above
Appears to be abusive or fraudulent
Involves repeat or suspicious return patterns
